This app allows you to book classes at FitbodyNation, an amazing gym at west 98th and Amsterdam ave in NYC. The app is straightforward and easy to use, but what is truly special about it is the gym itself. At Fitbodynation there are no egos, no judgement, no expectation that you’re already a professional bodybuilder. You could have zero experience whatsoever and you’d be just as welcomed here. Danny White, the owner, is a gentlemen who will meet you where you are in your journey, and help you reach new levels of health and fitness. Trainers Zoe and Dylan are great as well. The gym has a true family vibe, we all come from different walks of life and with different goals, but in the gym we’re there for one thing - to do our personal best. I was getting pretty heavy around when I started at Fitbodynation, after 3 months of 2-3 classes a week my BMI is finally normal again lol. Download this app and book a class now - I like the individualized group sessions, but feel free to peruse the various other classes and offerings as well. You will not regret it.

Danny is a trainer located on the upper west side that will tell all the workouts that you are receiving to your body will not be disappointed booking a session with Danny. Overall, I have seen drastic improvements to my health after booking multiple sessions with this trainer. The app is easy easy to use and convenient to schedule yourself in for workout sessions!

Great full body workouts. The trainers really make sure you do everything right, so you get the most out of it and so you don’t hurt yourself doing things the wrong way. Great for stretching, strength, conditioning, flexibility. Works for all ages and all different body types. I saw great results almost immediately!
