I tried to create an account and entered all the necessary fields but after doing so and hitting submit it takes me to the same field “new portal request” screen and nothing happens. I didn’t even get an email verification message. The app only states to contact the medical provider.

This app is absolutely terrible! I’m trying to create an account. Entering all of the required data that’s needed. It’s telling my email address is already in use? How if I don’t or never set up this app before? Fine, I change the email address and the next issue is that all required fields are not filled in. THEY ARE! A complete waste of time. Don’t bother downloading this app. UPDATE! I immediately received a call after my review and was able to get the help needed. Still not sure what the issue was but the rep provided a temporary password for me to access my account.

It doesn’t seem like users can use the app to send messages to practitioners instead of calling. Similarly I don’t think you can schedule through the app either.
