This new version is horrible. You can’t view tickets you’ve purchased in your profile like you could before. I tried to order food ahead of time and the menu was missing items like popcorn and hotdogs. We had to order food at the counter when we arrived, which is fine, but I miss the convenience of order ahead. The previous app worked so well. Not sure why they “updated” to this junk.

This app is much, much worse than the previous version. absolutely buggy, cannot seem to hold onto tickets you bought through it, will not let me add a rewards card, will not recognize my existing rewards membership, will not accumulate points for any purchase I’ve made, won’t acknowledge that I have a purchase history through it. Please revert back to the original app, this one is horrendous and it makes me want to see movies at any of the other theaters near me.

Agree with others that the new app is worse than the previous app. It also assumes you are viewing in portrait and on an iPad you can’t use the app in landscape orientation. To get to movie details (info, trailer, etc) you must click on the image for the movie as the title text (above the showtimes) does nothing. It seems intuitive to me to click on the title to view more info. Overall, poor UI as others have said.
