I’ve used the app for several years and it was a fairly seamless way to get tickets to my favorite movies. The last two times I tried it would not allow me to login - just kept refreshing the blank login page. Deleting and reinstalling the app made no difference. Last time I called the theater to get tickets, and they said others were having trouble with the app. This time I went to the website where I logged in successfully and bought my tickets. Looks like I’ll just take the app off my phone until the problem is fixed.

Why did I go to the trouble of downloading an app if I can’t easily access my tickets? Why can’t I add my tickets to Apple wallet like with every other theater? Why can’t I pay with Apple Pay? I don’t want to save my credit card info on an unsecure app so now I will have to enter it every time? The old app was fine and the new app is so pointless

Purchased two tickets in the app last Saturday only to have the Mosaic location not honor them. They didn’t see the tickets in their system even though I had the email confirmation, the email tickets, and the tickets in the app. Theater manager made me buy a second set of tickets and refused to assist in any meaningful way. Told me to take it up with my credit card, which of course told me to contact the merchant. I reached out to Angelika support that same evening and have heard nothing since. Don’t buy tickets online or in the app, and don’t count on the inept management at Mosaic.
