App keep’s telling me that I am using an older version and I can’t log into it until I update…but I already have the latest updated version. I even deleted and reinstalled. Still doesn’t work.

Why doesn’t the “pick a favorite location” option not work for many people. How many people have to complain that that feature doesn’t work before it gets fixed. So now I’m angry because I wanted to download the app for a trip to Johns I was going to be having soon and I wanted to have all my info easy access in my phone through the app and get the free spin they advertise with having the app..but you can’t even make an account without picking a “favorite location” which is ridiculous anyways. This needs to be fixed.

The sign-up process is not able to be completed. When signing up, it requires you to pick a favorite location. When doing so it “springs back” to “choose a location”. When I try to sign up without a favorite location, it will not allow you to continue. Until this issue is addressed or fixed, the app (except for informational purposes that can be found on Google Maps) is useless. My family love John’s Incredible and hope they read the reviews and get this addressed sooner than later.
