I've been a member of the online studio for 2 1/2 years, and I've loved the workouts, the instructors, and the accessibility there.
The app has been interesting to navigate, but from what I've seen so far, the content is just as amazing!
They have worked hard to curate and organize the workouts in a way that makes sense, and I absolutely love the way it tracks my progress!!
Only one issue- the workouts sometimes (about half of the time) freeze, and I'm unable to get them running again without closing the app completely and starting it back up.
Hoping that gets fixed.

I have been a member of the prior Fit, Fierce, Club for 3 years before transitioning to the new app recently, and both have been great! The Yoga for Life app has added features such as tracking progress and the ability to download classes. This is perfect for travel and you can take your yoga studio with you everywhere you go! The teachers are fantastic and each brings a unique style. I love to favorite classes in my personal collection in the app. Thank you to all the teachers for this great online yoga studio classes and community!

I’ve been following Sadie Nardini for years, and as a 40-something, I’m finding her even more inspiring. I was punishing myself with hardcore traditional hatha yoga when I was younger. Sadie’s style is a better balance, infused with modern exercise science, easier on the body, but still keeping me feeling good and strong. I love this app. Plenty of classes around 20 minutes to fit into my day, and great short meditations to keep that train rollin’ too. Thanks for making this! It’s exactly what I need right now!
