This lady’s face yoga courses are top-notch. I look better now than I did 10 years ago when I was just as heavy, but her courses have really improved my face on my weight loss journey. She is a game changer for anybody who wants to improve their appearance, the app is delightful, easy to follow, practically flawless. The exercises are easy, but you can feel them working. I am very impressed. Please give it a try. You will not regret it.

Love this woman and her valuable gift but this app is so shotty. In your lessons, there is a preview icon that if you tap takes you to a video explaining how to do the exercise. Except for when you hit play, the screen goes black. I’ve tried it in every lesson and have reinstalled the app to see if that would work. I have contacted customer support and they don’t seem to understand anything I’m saying and their responses are very strange.I’m on the seven day free trial and I totally would keep this except for it doesn’t work properly.

While the exercises are good, sometimes it’s hard to do them because the videos black out. Natalia is great, but the actual app is only so-so.
