I love how this app provides a clear and detailed overview of my charges and financial status. It has not only met but exceeded my expectations, and its user-friendly interface makes it a pleasure to use!

I set up payments in advanced for up to 6 months which is the only option they have on the app because they don’t offer auto pay like most credit cards do. So I set up payments to be taken out on the 15th of each month not realizing I put in the wrong date by mistake which was after my due date. I noticed after 2 months they were charging me late fees, so I called to ask why and they explained because I was paying after the due date. I asked if they could reimburse me for any late fees since they could see I automatically was paying each month and I put in the wrong date by mistake but she told me that they never reimburse late fees not even once which is crazy since they could see my intentions were good and I was trying to do the right thing. So this bank can go shove it up their a**!

I’ve only used this app this year because I had to use my credit card for my car repairs. When I made the payments on the app AND online - they sent me a letter back saying that the money I sent didn’t go through when I KNEW I had money in my account for my actual bank and PAYPAL!!! Now I have a balance of $754 because of a “late payment fee” and it’s going to count towards my actual credit score. I’ve only used this app twice and they’ve failed me twice. Now I have to wait until I get paid to pay the rest of the difference since it’s no longer $700!! This makes me angry and so upset because I’ve had previous issues with Firestone before, but now I have to add credit card issues on top of it. I’m planning on switching services to somewhere else entirely so that I don’t have to deal with this anymore
