Do not go with this card. You submit a payment and 4 days later they process it and god forbid your $.40 short due to a bogus charge at the point within the time frame. Then they will remove your bank account and you can not pay your card. Should be illegal. Customer support did not offer any solutions besides making a new bank account. I don’t have a car and on bed rest due to an accident. Terrible customer service, imagine a company that makes it hard for you pay them the money you owe them !?!? Contacting my lawyer because my intital enrollment was with Ally not Ollo I was forced into it and now I can’t make a payment even tho I submitted on time and now my credit score is affected. Illegal practices, stay far away from this card

I quit using this card, but I can’t pay it off because they BANNED the only bank account I have! Two months in a row I’ve had problems with the payment. THEY don’t take the money when I authorize it. Last month it never even showed up as pending on my bank history. Three strikes I’m out. I’m not going to go thru the trouble of opening an account at a different bank, just for this nonsense, so I’m going to have to let it get late again. Cause when it’s delinquent you can pay INSTANTLY with PayPal debit (another bank)! The easiest and most reliable thing that works is NOT an option to use when you’re current. Not dumb enough?? It gets worse. Not only do THEY cause ME to go late, they charge me a fee AND inactivate my card for a week or more! Thats how long it takes to clear the mistake. This must be why OLLO became Ally in the first place! Cause OLLO blows! Do not support STUPID! Take your good credit elsewhere!

The problem was fixed and I had to speak with customer service support and they walked me through through the process and was very helpful and patient with me no matter how long it took. Customer support stayed on the phone with me throughout the entire process and I definitely appreciate that because that’s truly hard to find. Thank you again.
