Opened an account with them and got help to pay my vehicle auto payments off and paid them off and got offered a credit card with them, took it immediately and my credit score got better and better as long as I made my payments on time and paid when I was supposed to, they actually gave me a credit increase today which I’m supper happy about !!! Can honestly say I love this financial company their the best in the game :)

This review is for the app only, I love my card. I have no issues using my card. I had no issues getting my card. However, the app is oversized on my phone for some reason. Like it’s so big that half of it isn’t even on my screen and I can’t see Most of the information. For example, it says next Payment DU and then it says nothing after that because it’s off the screen and I can’t read it. I called and inquired about the situation. They told me that they didn’t know of any other complaints so there’s nothing they could do about it. I’ve uninstalled the app and reinstalled it several times and I get the same exact thing. So I have to call every time I need something because I can’t read anything in completion. I also can’t go back to other screens. So if say I go into my account setting, I can’t go back to the main screen because apparently the arrows are off my phone. So the only way I can get out of it is to turn my phone off and then turn it back on so that it resets the app and then I can go into the home screen.

Haven’t been able to get approved for ANyTHING, ANYWHERE, from ANYONE for years due to my near nonexistent/apparently bad credit. Until an emergency visit to the dentist required more money than I had on me and the dentist suggested I apply with Sunbit I initially declined saying not to waste the time. But I was talked into trying anyways. To my surprise, I was approved! although $300 is a very very small amount, I happened to only be short $400 for the service needed that day. So this allowed me to pay for the emergency services that day.! my payments were only $30 a month. After three on time payments, my credit score went up 49 points! Now I don’t know too much about how credit works and I’m not sure if Sunbit had anything to do with that, but I do know my credit score before I applied for Sunbit, and then I haven’t done anything since then . I only made three on-time payments to Sunbit. And my score is up 49 points. Either way,, thank you so much to Sunbit for approving me when no one else would.
