Investing.com: Stock Market

I use it daily. To both track my active portfolio and track my watchlist of Ideas. I also added portfolios of my Mother’s so she can see daily how her holdings are doing. Cannot recommend any app or service more. I subscribe to ten to twelve services at a time to oversee a group of portfolios valued at about seven million. Not a huge amount to some but to me and our family this is the bulk of the liquid holdings. Upgraded to the Pro plan. It has value for those who use this APP to keep track of their Portfolio or Whatchlist. I oversee five separate portfolios for myself and Family. The simplify of Investing is the primary reason. Their Fair Value is also useful to keep track of extended valuations. I use Fair Value and the Analyst Price Target to monitor overvaluation.

And it worked great for a long time better than the other apps, but then it took over my phone and started making my phone worse than the dial of days constantly kicking my connection off, making my phone unusual adding hours and hours and hours and hours onto a working day in which I work already too many hours in fact, I work constantly and have for many decades. I finally figured it out. It was one of the last ones. I wanted to turn off from being able to run in the background or access the Internet, unless I flipped the switch on it. Finally my phone works for longer than two seconds at a time. Well actually it’s five seconds because it starts killing your hat your phone and every five seconds well it doesn’t even come back on and it goes off five seconds after you airplane mode it.

I like just about everything about it - ESPECIALLY for one thing and EXCEPT for one thing. I especially like the fact you can "Close" any transaction individually. In other words, if you buy a security several times at different prices (ie: cost averaging) and you decide to sell in lots over time, this app will let you chose which transaction to sell from and then it will recalculate the average price that you are still in for. I really like this function and I have downloaded just about every other portfolio app looking for this - and, this is the ONLY one that I found. What I really don't like is the cluttered "My Holdings" page. Just give me a good, clean summary with the ability to drill down into detail - without the clutter of all these "News" articles that are, in some cases, months old. They just seem to be there because there is space to fill up. At least make this optional. I would have given it 5 stars if it hadn't been for this. Orherwise, great app and thanks for all of the useful data and functionality.
