The app is pretty good and the development team uses player feedback to improve it. Some of the major issues are still the freezing up where it shows you as disconnected. Sometimes it connects back quickly and sometimes you have to restart the app. Also, they really need to get the Credit card deposit working again. Some players dont use crypto and may not live close to a club. I am limited to crypto and am an hour and a half from the closest club. Makes it difficult to play if I cant make a deposit.

Dislike the fact that Bots are a thing in this app… not only are they a thing.. but they hit and run. App continues to “freeze” thats unacceptable if you are in a hand. The app freezing has happened to me approximately 5 to 6 times within the hour.

I don’t see my previous post listed but I had an issue where I won high hand bonus and wasn’t paid. They have since resolved the issue and paid me. I hope they can get a little better with customer service moving forward. As far as the site, it’s a great poker site with plenty of Omaha and Holdem action if you live in Texas.
