Algorithm not random, so if you play correctly you lose. If it was random cards it would be fair, but they expect beginners to not know the difference and the odds of different hands happening. Let's say you have AK vs 88 heads up. That's roughly 50% chance to win. You cannot lose 30 hands in a row with those odds because the numbers have to average out at least 10-15 hands you would get lucky and win. This app constantly skews the odds so a hand like A4 beats AK like 50% of the time based on factors the program tracks. Everyone goes broke and gets frustrated eventually. Apparently the rigged game gets ppl to pay $ for chips, which is all they care about. App is Rarely updated, glitchy, often servers overloaded and game crashes, but chat has been impossible for decades. It has never been fixed. they have to track your keystrokes so chat delay is always mistyped, misspelled. They just want u to burn through chips and no real prizes or incentives. Its sad. They can't even find advertisers because they are too lazy to make the platform better. Sell the app to someone that cares enough to care for customers. How selfish.

I have played poker for many years including WSOP events and always look for sites to keep my game sharp and definitely try to get after my one truly biggest vice and downfall. Tilt. And most of these free sites have players who have no respect for the game or as many call them. Donkeys! But when you add algorithms that mathematically turn the normal poker odds around it is straight up theft. When a 5% card is dropped 80% of the time you know it’s an issue. Also when they change the screen to push higher limits to break your bank it’s ridiculous. People will play and people will pay. And when I explain this to the administration they actually insult and refuse to refund. If you play here don’t expect to be treated with respect nor get a card system that is not rigged for profit. I know they care less about my comments and move on. I’ve straight up worked for corporate and know it’s about greed and profit. Nothing wrong with profit but greed is horrible. If this site disappears tomorrow or someone sues I would not be surprised or unhappy. In the meantime I found a site which reflects my values and has my respect. Good hunting fellow poker players and heed my warnings

I’ve played the WSOP app for YEARS, Zynga a bit and now Poker Night in America. I’ve always suspected that the WSOP app is rigged, 70% flops are double suited (for example D-D-H) this is clearly intended to induce larger bets resulting in bigger rake. There are clear setups- I’ve sat at many tables with buddies- sharing hole cards and there are just too many AA/KK or similar setups also designed to induce big bets. Lastly, I suspect that there are algorithms running in the background that identify what a players tendencies are- at what point will they buy chips, etc. WSOP’s interface is IMHO by far the best but due to the clear unfair/strategic shuffle/deal I’m done with them. This isn’t about WSOP but that’s exactly why I gave Poker Night in America a shot and it is simply dramatically different and it is instantly noticeable. There are FAR fewer big hands, for example K high flush vs. A high flush, set over set, etc. That stuff clearly occurs, this is poker but the frequency is normal. I couldn’t be happier to have found it, I play for fun and to practice for when I play live and while I can deal with bingo players etc. it’s impossible to work on my game when the app is cheating. If you’re looking for a fair deal, a straight game look no farther. The other two- Zynga and WSOP are NOT a fair deal, it’s right here!
