WSOP Real Money Poker - PA

I’ve won several tournaments. Racked up about $400 in winnings. When it comes time to collect, they run you through the ringer. They wanted my full bank account number in a recent statement. My bank blocks out all the numbers except the last 4. This doesn’t work for wsop. I went to the bank and got a signed document from the bank with my whole account number and my name and everything else they needed. I submitted it and I got no response for several days. I called their customer service number and they pulled up my info and they said they could accept the bank from because it said deposit on the top of the form. Are you kidding me? They have no problem taking money out of my account with a bank card but they can’t put money in. It’s a scam. I play on FanDuel and they actually pay you just by using the same method that pay you them with. So it can be done, but WSOP refuses. I’m at the point where I want to get an attorney involved just out of principle.

It’s absurd how much you have to wait while other players run out their 110-second time banks. Players constantly exit the app without actually leaving the table. Then they’re dealt into the next hand, and then everyone has to wait literally 2 minutes for their time bank to run out. Then they are finally booted off the table. And because this is so frustrating and happens so commonly, other players step away and you have to wait on their time banks to run out too. Not uncommon for a single hand to take 5 minutes because of this. Have complained, and WSOP won’t acknowledge it’s a problem. Trust me, it’s a huge problem. Try playing here and you’ll see. All the waiting will literally put you on tilt. ALSO, it’s ridiculous you have to wait 2-4 days to receive withdrawals (assuming they don’t ask for more documentation, which they frequently do). No other site takes more than one hour. Customer service totally lies to you and says they have processed it, but it takes 24-72 hours to transfer to PayPal. Why can every other site do it instantly? ALSO, no FaceID login means you will have to type out your user name and password every single time you have to force quit and restart the app (frequently). ALSO, rewards are a total joke. Just did the math and realized I’ve paid them a staggering $12,500 in rake over the last year, and for that I’ve gotten a measly $300 in cash back. Get with it WSOP, you could be a great poker site, but you choose not to put player experience first.

So I’ve been playing on this app for like a month. I’ve only deposited money one time to get my bonus to start. I ended up winning a couple hundred dollars and trying to withdraw it. They required me to submit five different documents just to get approval to withdraw the money. Of those documents you must send in pictures of your bank account. It took 12 days for them to process that payment and another four for it to get transferred to my account. I then got money from the free spins and ended up winning a tournament for $300. They told me it would take one day to get my money as I withdrew it. It’s now day six and their support won’t even let me send a message to them anymore. This is the most corrupt site in the history of poker. I’d rather play an offshore site. Besides the feeling that you are playing against bots who know you’re every move, you will never get money approved to withdrawal unless you contact them cause they don’t wanna pay you out and want you to reverse it.
