I’ve never been this frustrated with an app before. I placed an order on 11 March, and by 12 March, it seemed like things were moving but then it completely froze. The estimated delivery was 17 March, and now it’s 22 March and still nothing. Customer care gave me empty reassurances and even offered to cancel, which I refused at first out of patience: big mistake. This app is completely unreliable. The interface might look okay, but the service is a disaster. Orders don’t get delivered, tracking is useless, and support doesn’t actually solve anything they just give vague promises. I ended up cancelling my order after waiting over 10 days with no results. I will never return to HyugaLife, and I won’t recommend it to anyone. This isnt just a minor inconvenience it’s a total failure of service. Save yourself the stress and go elsewhere
