This company is nothing but a desi jugaadu, unprofessional mess. Their service is pathetic, and they treat customers like an afterthought. The 5 stars * rating you're seeing all are there own people or the one they've bought 1.Sizes are a joke - If you're above 5'8", forget finding anything that fits. Most products don't even have proper size options, making it impossible to shop. 2. Wallet refund scam - If you order via Cash on Delivery (COD), they force refunds into their wallet instead of returning your money, which is against consumer rights. This is just a dirty trick to trap you into shopping again. 3. Customer support is non-existent - They don't have proper customer care; instead, they deal with customers through WhatsApp chats (yes, seriously) and take 2-3 hours just to respond with the most useless replies. 4.Wrong size chart - Their size chart is completely inaccurate, so even if you somehow find your size, it won't fit properly. 5. Delayed deliveries & returns - Orders take forever to arrive, and if you return something, you have to keep chasing them for weeks to get your money back. Just go for Myntra, Ajio, or literally any other brand instead of this headache. Beyoung is a scammy, unprofessional company

I have purchased for 5000 rs and the products were of very low quality. After multiple attempts I finally got in contact with customer care. Even then the customer service replies you one time for every 5 min. By chance if you miss that message they simply close the call just after a min of no response from us. And then again you have to start the whole process to raise a complaint again and that takes again 20 min to connect with customer care. After you have to explain all the issue again and it happens multiple times. Finally after rigorously trying for 2 days return was initiated and they forcefully made me agreed for a coupon instead of refund of money. I have returned two orders. One week later coupon for only one order was received and I started the whole process of contacting customer care and after 3 attempts I have received coupon for lesser amount. Now they are not at all responding to my messages. They have not disclosed the contact number to communicate. The only way is customer care chat option which is the worst I’ve ever seen. If you have time to follow up with BEYOUNG customer care team for days you can go ahead to shop. WORST BRAND IVE EVER SEEN. Can’t even say it as brand as it’s not maintaining the standards of a brand.

I placed an order for combo t-shirts and there was 15% off, I applied the offer then select COD(charges 50) then after checkout the 15% off was gone and the order had been placed with no button to cancel the order. Tried to contact customer service by clicking on help then there’s a msg saying no representative available. Then i have sent an email but didn’t get a reply. I thought maybe there’s a glitch. So I went back to the app and made another order applied the 15% off still the amount was higher even before applying discount. With frustration the order was delivered, made the payment. After that I was able to chat with customer support. The conversation was a disaster. The rep told me we can’t give you a refund but we can give you coupons. Are you being serious? Did I buy your product with coupons! Anyway, i just want to let everyone know what my issue was. Overall, they need to develop their app and add cancel button and an easy way to chat with support. My suggestion is just use another online marketplace.
