Beware of connecting your email!!! First, I never received the points for connecting my email. I never received any points from my recent purchases. Second, When I try to submit a ticket I get an error that user doesn’t exist!! Third, ever since I connected my email, ALL of my emails are being marked as read and it’s not by me. I have changed my password on my email. There is no way in the app to remove your email from your account and there is no way to contact them because I keep getting the user profile doesn’t exist when I try to submit a ticket!!

I received my 250 points for just joining I haven’t received my points for adding my email and when i tried using your support system It says error creating ticket user profile wasn’t found
