Claria: Anxiety & Depression

I’m doing both the Claria and Nerva programs and recommend the bundle. Might as well throw myself at this project because it takes just a little time every day and I feel better. Each program is a very different style, but complementary. Have some fun and learn!

This is the second Mindset app I’ve used (previously also used Nerva), and both of my experiences with their apps have been phenomenal. The hypnotherapy programs are very effective. And the customer service is phenomenal; they really go out of their way to help users participate in the program. Highly recommend!

This app has a lot of potential and a ton of great ideas. One thing that isn’t immediately clear that that you aren’t just supposed to listen to the hypnosis of the day. You have to work. They want you to write as part of working on the strengths they address. For the price of the app, they should provide a nice little booklet to write in or someplace to save your interactions with the material. Of course, you can go get a diary or notebook. That will take you partway where they want you to go. But, it needs to be made clear at the outset that users NEED TO WORK. Yapko typically endorses thoughtful action over insight or reflection. So, the audios - while good - need the support of insistence on user engagement.
