I have a testimony I would like to share. I have struggled with IBS – C for more than 30 years. My journey included daily, moderate to severe abdominal pain, chronic nausea, chronic fatigue, depression, and many ER visits and hospitalizations. I started Jayne Corner’s, The calm gut hypnotherapy tradition, on August 29 of 2024. I’m 62 years old about to be 63. I am a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner so I know the benefits of hypnotherapy and cognitive behavioral therapy. However I had not participated with it before. My life has changed forever and I feel like a normal healthy, human being! It has been two weeks and I feel the difference! My thoughts are now in alignment with my body’s sensations. There are not enough words for me to express my gratitude for this amazing app! It is well worth every single penny! I have tried so many different things. I know I’ve spent thousands and thousands of dollars. Jayne, I owe you my life! The only thing I can say is I wish I had found you sooner! If you suffer with IBS – C, I highly recommend The Calm Gut by Jayne Corner! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

The first time I tried one of the hypnosis sessions, I noticed my nervous system and body calm in a way I have never experienced so immediately. My digestive system therefore quickly calmed, too. Now, every time I use the many features of the app, I experience this reset. As a result, I have much more hope that managing my IBS will not just be a journey of constantly trying the “next thing”, but actually living my life with less fear and fewer to no symptoms so that my days have more freedom and joy. I am so grateful to have found this app, and to Jayne Corner for all that she does to support people with chronic digestive issues.

I have been incredibly impressed with this beautiful and easy to navigate app which has exceeded my expectations as I had struggled already for so long. It gives you lots of options and every category is thoughtfully organized as not to overwhelm. In addition it has been a very helpful app for my anxiety in general. Jayne’s soothing voice and thorough understanding of all facets of IBS and more have already had a significant impact on my overall health and I will be forever grateful for that.
