Finito: Stop Smoking

I could never power through any nicotine withdrawals with any real lasting success until I tried this platform and words cannot express how thoroughly effective this has been for me. Today is March 22 and I have consumed zero nicotine in any form since New Year’s Day. Cravings still occur - to a much lesser degree - but I am far more equipped to navigate them, now on my own (I used the cravings tool box almost daily for at least the entire month of January). I opened the app to cancel my subscription and it gave me the option to rate the app. I rarely deem it necessary to give ratings unless I have a strong and founded opinion about it. Boy howdy did I want to gush about my experience with Finito. I’m canceling because of its incredible effectiveness and the ease with which I could restart my subscription if I need a refresher; it was well worth every penny of the initial investment Here’s to deep, clean breaths from here out! 🥳

Finito is different…. I’m on week 3 and I’ve not had a cig since day 9. I listened the first day 6 times… I have problems shutting my brain down…. I listen to the sessions, several times back to back….. I wish it had a loop… I repeat everything she says in my mind. . I’m so relaxed and able to absorb the information…..there’s breathing exercises… If you’re reading this asking yourself? Is this different? Will this work? The answer is yes… if you just can’t get past the cravings….Find some WILLPOWER. You’re reprogramming your brain This is for you…. You are going to be more relaxed than you have been in years (I promise you) It’s worth every penny… and if you’re not buying cigarettes at $8.00 a pack x one or two packs a day…. This pays for itself in a week…. I’ve sent the Finito app to everyone I know who smokes ….. try it the only thing you have to lose is the worst habit you have for you and your family.

I am thankful for the process Finito offers. I find it comforting and supportive in a way that no other person including myself has been able to give me when facing becoming free from tobacco. Most of my friends have actually been demeaning or shameful of me when trying to get me to quit. Now I am doing the Finito steps on my own, yet supported and without judgement. I haven’t even told anyone I am doing this as I don’t want anyone else’s judgement or opinion to hinder my progress. I feel I am more ready with each day to let go of my old habits and step into my new life. Free from tobacco. Free to be healthy. Free to be fully me. Thank you.
