Chat takes forever to get a response. The pharmacy fills the wrong brand medication even when specifically asked to have one specific brand. I’ve tried deleting my account the last 2.5 weeks and it still hasn’t deleted

Absolutely the worst pharmacy EVER! Can’t begin to describe the frustration at their complete incompetence. Do not use!

They take too much time answering the chat, I manage my 12 year old son meds and 80% of the time I want to reply on the chat or ask for refills and the app tells me I cannot manage the profile, that I need to delete it and put it back. I thought it was way much better as my physical pharmacy took 10 days to refill my pills… I am still waiting for my kids medication any it’s been two weeks.
