I’ve been using this app for probably four or five years now, and personally, I’ve never had any issues logging in or accessing it. That said, it’s concerning to see how many other users seem to be having trouble, as reliability is pretty important for an app like this. The app is useful for viewing test results, but that’s where it feels like its usefulness largely ends. There are quite a few menu options, which gives the impression that the app is feature-rich, but for most patients, the most important things are likely test results and upcoming appointments. Unfortunately, the app doesn’t appear to be integrated with upcoming appointments at the hospital, which seems like a significant missing feature. Being able to easily see scheduled appointments alongside test results would make the app much more useful as a central place to manage your care.

Have been a user for years Periodically cannot log in. Password not recognized. Reset does not work. Restart phone does not work. Remove a reload app, restart phone - nothing works.

The web site and the app no longer work just spins and says there is no records. Just like the rest of the health service in Ontario.
