It used to be great that you could scan your prescription. Sadly, when I got my most recent prescription and scanned it, the app now says they don’t take scanned prescriptions anymore and you have to mail it, which I do not want to do. And worst of all, they did this without any notice to their customers so that they could tell their doctors to fax prescription rather than scanning a paper prescription. The lack of such a warning is an absolute fail.

Weak hours of service, only 9-5 Monday to Friday. For a Canada wide service from Telus I would expect it to provide service competitive with Shoppers Drug Mart.

I ordered my refill through the app, got confirmation that it had been shipped within a couple of hours, and arrived within 24 hours of ordering.
