I have been going to Ricardo’s since before they were Ricardo’s. Love their salsa. I buy an extra container when ever I can, I love their Chiluba salad with no dressing, I like to have it with, you guessed it the salsa.
Excellent easy to navigate website, will definitely be using it often because we love your food!
The app seams to work sporadically and constantly logs me out and requires manual password even though I’ve set up facial ID. It is also misleading because it shows my LOYALTY points but then lists all the things I’ve earned as “almost there”, which doesn’t make sense. When I’m having issues with the app, it seems as if none of the staff at either location I’ve visited know how to work it or fix the issue. The LOYALTY program is not worth it. It takes forever to accrue points, and when you do receive a free item, you have to spend $20-$30 to get it. With only two people in my household, we are not really saving money by using the rewards.
