Sirinart is the best waitress I have ever had at any restaurant I have been to! She should be given 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 for taking such wonderful care of her customers! I just found out she is only here Monday & Tuesday. I wish she was here every day but I will be sure to come on the days she is working!! She never stops is checking on her customers as well as refilling stations with supplies that customers do not normally see! A fantastic, friendly, fast worker & very nice! Thank you for having her! I wish you woukd have more like her on the days she is not here!!!

Mario. Hope Ronnie. Anita. The whole team is great! ! I’ve been coming here over two decades. Dean the manager is always light up the room with his smile - I know running a place like this is like herding kittens and a bit of being a circus ring leader. Great time ! My one suggestion is we need more organic. More meat substitutes that taste great! Big Boys in Burbank has the juiciest Impossible Burger or Beyond Burgers - one of those great burgers — meatless meatballs and even some healthier drinks like Yogi caffeine free green tea! This is California we pay for and reward those that give and offer the best! $4 up charge for Real Maple Syrup on buckwheat pancakes! Yes Sir! Best wishes- Robert Burnside.

I have been visiting Norms in Lakewood for many years now. Recently the service provided and the cooks are not on point. I love Norms but why is it they don’t get the food right!! Today my server Stacy was not up to the task and Mrs. Wihot was very pleasant and on it to realize that when customers are looking around it is because we need something. Our Stacy was advised that about table was calling and she never arrived instead Mrs Wihot asked if she could help us with something as well as another server interested in provided exceptional service… it is because of them that I like returning.
