Baker’s Drive-Thru

I have been trying to get them to fix the cell number to the correct one because when I enter my cell number it says that it was taken. I had to use my house number to access my account. I’ve written THREE times about this and they have been non responsive to help. I have not had a good experience with this upgrade and I am disappointed with corporate for ignoring a concern. This upgrade has not been what was promised.

Great and fast service. The burritos were perfect, but, when we took our food out at home, the grilled cheese hardly had any cheese in it.

I used to love this app. Easy to log points and redeem points. All of a sudden I can’t access anything. All my posts disappeared which were worth over $50. Have contacted Baker’s a few times and no response. The app is completely haywire now. Baker’s drive throughs used to have the best customer service with the politest employees and it’s terrible now. Always messing up orders, rude and incompetent employees that couldn’t care less. Such a shame.
