Old Spaghetti Factory

My son is an incredibly picky eater. Recently, he was willing to try spaghetti…..and loved it! My family wanted to celebrate by taking him out for a proper spaghetti dinner, and where better than the Old Spaghetti Factory! Not only was the food incredible, but our server, Ryan K was the BEST! He took such great care of my family and his customer service was top-tier! Every other staff member we encountered were also great, but Ryan really helped make our meal extra special! Thanks for the great experience, Ryan!!

Food was good! We realize the waiter was young, may have even been his first day here! Took about 30 minutes just to take our order. Then about 20 minutes for salads,drinks and bread. There were 7 of us and only brought 1 loaf of bread - then I asked for 2 more and got them in just a few minutes. Another table came after us, took their order first. They got their food about the same time we got our salads. There were plenty of empty tables. Everyone got their salads but me (I’m the mom and grandma) so my son told another waiter to just give me soup to go instead (will have for lunch tomorrow), then brought my salad. Just VERY slow service!

I went in to Redeem my birthday rewards, and was sat after waiting a while that was obviously ok since it was dinner time. We then sat at our table for quite some time but finally the lady who sat us Rabecca came and asked if we had been helped we told her we had not and she proceeded to offer us a free bread appetizer and took our drink order. At the same time our lovely waitress appeared Tranice was a delight and very sweet! I want to thank them for all of there hard work! We really appreciated the kind gesture that was given to us and for that we will be sure to return! Thank you keep up the good work! Also I hope I got everyone’s names correct at the location.
