Love the app!!!! I’m used to calling in the order yet what I LOVE about the all is being able to preorder the day before!!! So awesome!!! Mahalo Khalil and Hayley! Love the progression from the first one way back 🤗💚🩵🤍🤙🏽

Does not have autofill for information through Apple or credit card. Requires account. No guest check out and doesn’t notify you unless you’ve been through the entire process and then says you cannot pay. Can’t order over the phone so must go through this process. No individual add ons to indicate price for modifications.

Took over 15 min to try to order a smoothie. I got incredibly frustrated and it kept taking a long time to load. I was trying to sign up since it MAKES you sign up to use, even though there is a guest check out. I tried doing guest checkout and after filling EVERYTHING out it tells me this location doesn't accept guest checkout. Incredibly frustrating, time consuming experience just to order a smoothie. But since they don't take orders over the phone and the website wasn't allowing me to order. The new site kept saying there was an error when attempting to log me in, so I even tried all three of my email addresses to create a new log in which also all gave me errors. This should be fixed as I won't continue to ever order from sun life if it is this challenging.
