For an avid gambling fiancé and friend group, this app was so much fun for everyone involved! The app and process was very user friendly. I would recommend paying the upfront fee to make it easier and more enjoyable for the guests to participate and make sure to choose questions that are fair for everyone (no questions where bridal party or family may have insider knowledge) to avoid controversy. We appointed one person to collect a $10 buy in via Venmo and to keep track of questions - it worked out super easy! If you have more than 10 guests participate they even send you some of the proceeds back. Overall definitely recommend as a fun activity for guests to keep them engaged in the wedding!

This app was able to add a little more fun to our wedding day! We feel like some tweaks would make it better, but overall it’s a great concept that our friends really enjoyed! A couple things to note - the $2.99 fee is collected through the app, but the price you set for your guests bets has to be collected on your own. So we had to constantly keep checking the app to see who signed up & then reach out to them to inform them how to pay for their wagers & then make sure they did. Just adds more tasks to a long list of things we already had to be worried about leading up to our wedding. We also added our sister-in-law as a co-organizer & she was in charge of closing & calling the bets the day of as well as receiving everyone’s payments. We wish the app showed her as a co-organizer, would’ve made things a lot easier! She also accidentally incorrectly called a bet & there is no way to change it afterwards, so we had to reach out to each guest to see what they chose for that specific bet to adjust the winner accordingly. The concept is amazing, but the app could be a little more user-friendly. Overall, would recommend if you have the kind of group that’s in to it!!

The basic functionality of the app is okay but considering we had to pay $40 out of our own pocket for the “paid betting” feature to work, we were expecting that the winners would get paid at the end. Instead, the app allows you to play and place bets without ever putting any money up. Therefore, when the winners were finally announced, there was no money for the winners too collect. The app said that everyone would pay the winners at the end, but of course no one did, and I don’t know about you, but I don’t wanna spend the day after my wedding trying to chase down 50 different people so that they can Venmo five dollars to somebody they’ve never met. At the end of the day we ended up wasting our money for no reason and I’m really disappointed in that. I’m not entirely sure how the app has so many positive reviews, maybe it’s all people who use the free betting function instead of the paid betting. I would avoid using this app. If you don’t want to get completely scammed out of 40 bucks.
