I'm absolutely loving the TYB app! As someone who's passionate about engaging with my favorite brands, TYB has been a game-changer. The concept is genius - participate in challenges, connect with like-minded enthusiasts, and earn rewards that actually pay off! I've been using TYB for a while now, and I'm impressed by the variety of challenges and activities available. From answering questions to creating content, there's always something new to look forward to. Plus, the leaderboard feature adds a fun competitive element that motivates me to contribute even more. What really sets TYB apart, though, is the sense of community. I've connected with so many fellow fans and enthusiasts, and we all share a passion for the brands we love. this app started out absolutely amazing and was something i constantly promoted! it was a great way to connect with brands and earn free products/money to buy products. unfortunately, the app has gone considerably downhill since the beginning. tyb promised us users that they would not be like crypto, but now the value of coins has significantly decreased!! they claimed that they would up total coin amounts you currently had in order to account for this but i and many other users are still at less than a third of the original amount of coins we had- some as bad as going from $100 worth to only $20. it is so incredibly frustrating to see what they said wouldnt happen happen, and while i completely understand that the team is small, it is almost impossible to get in contact with support. at this point they are not responding to anyone inquiring about major loss in coins. i wish i could say i still recommend this app but the fact that im creating and promoting and LOOSING compensation while i do so makes the app not even feel worthwhile anymore. i really hope they fix this eventually…

Recently they’ve changed the redemption structure so you can only redeem a smaller amount of coins per order per brand. For some brands that’s as low as $14 off of an order. This is ridiculous as most of these brands offer coupons and promotions that could easily equal the same amount off of a purchase. What’s worse is TYB coin redemption doesn’t count at all toward free shipping so on top of not even being able to cover the full cost of even one product you have to pay shipping too. Overall you now get zero bang for your buck with this app and I feel scammed out of all the promotion, reviews, and user engagement I’ve provided for these companies. It actually makes me feel disincentivized from supporting or recommending the brands apart of TYB as they clearly don’t care about real people who actually pay and love their brands and only want to provide extra love to big influencers with massive followings who have never spent a dime on these products. I would like to note I appreciate the new % of system however many brand aren’t very active so to get to the tier 3 50% off deal it’s almost impossible!
