Awesome resource for myself and for my peers. As a Battalion Chief for a Fire and EMS service, I’ve been looking for a way to help support my people and build mental resiliency. Sharp has really nailed it with this platform. It allows folks to connect directly, early, and often with high-performance coaches that have worked high risk jobs and understand the challenges. It also provides a slew of proven exercises to improve mental wellness and resiliency. Simply awesome! If I had it my way, I would encourage every department across the country to figure out a way to offer this to their people.
Sharp is the first mental training and resilience platform made by professionals in high-risk occupations for professionals in high-risk occupations....
