I came to this app looking for a basic way to look into improving nutrition and potential workouts. I have been using the app for a few months now and I have been blown away with the effectiveness of the programs offered. I would recommend this app to anyone looking to improve health or just explore different ways to workout and eat.

The O2X app has been massively helpful for me over the past year or so when it came time to prep for the ACFT. This is the first time I have ever had a comprehensive workout plan to follow when prepping for a PT test. Well worth the investment for any service member looking to have an edge in an upcoming PT test— I couldn’t believe the number of prep programs they had for the various service branches and specialty schools.

You can see how much work has gone into making the app simple in operation but complex in its abilities to help you improve 1% every day. It gives easy access to most everything in the portal all while teaching your progress.
