Downloaded after listening to SRS podcast. Such a great lifesaving idea. A couple of suggestions. Maybe, make a place to make notes of things that could affect sleep, stress, etc. that are out of norm. (I’m keeping my 18 month old granddaughter for a week). Also, maybe, a portion for women (there are plenty of women veterans) for hormones/cyles that may affect stress, mood, etc. Thanks for making listening and making this app.

Only been using this app since listening the SRS podcast. The entire concept is amazing and I want to see this succeed. As a military member and someone who has sought after the so called “behavior health” the military provides (it’s garbage, all they want is to feed you pills), I feel this app could save many lives. I did run into a bug or some sort that will not let me complete my check-in. I hit “next” and all my phone does is stay on the page and vibrate every time I hit the next button.

Downloaded the app when I listened to Shawn Ryan’s podcast. This app has such amazing potential!
I can think of of one idea option for the swim buddy feature. Allow people who maybe don’t have the option for a person to sponsor others who may not have a good option.
