Tickets are nearly inaccessible. Constantly have to logout and the account linking process required multiple logins afterwards. If it wasn’t for the ability to add the tickets to my Apple Wallet on those rare instances when the app is working, then I’m not sure I’d actually be able to get into the arena on game day. The rest of the app is put together quite nicely, but, as TicketMaster does with most things they interface with, they’ve completely ruined the user experience. It’s the type of performance you’d expect from a company that has no actual competition. Why would they put effort into improving anything? Their customers can’t really use anything else…

The app is often slow and takes multiple attempts to sell tickets through the exchange. The last time I used my season tickets, I was locked out of the app and had to use a friend's phone to sign up and get my own tickets. The app is also poorly designed and difficult to navigate. One of the worst apps I've experienced.

Love the app, but Each time I hit video button the app crashes. It would be great to that fixed before regular season starts. Thanks!!
