Beware of BAD platform and “TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES” when subscribing. I had an old account from years prior that was not subscribed and when I last minute needed to resubscribe due to not being able to make it to my sons weekend tournament due to a family emergency, I logged into my app which then took me to the website to resubscribe. I logged in finished the subscription but didn’t realize I was under an old account (not the same as the one logged in the app) so after completing, I went back to the app but there was no subscription. I tried closing the app and website to refresh, still nothing, so then I thought maybe it didn’t go through and tried again, this time under the account that was logged into the app originally, finally it worked. Days later I realized I subscribed on 2 different accounts. When discussing with customer service the issue I had, they did not care and said it was my fault. That all being said, MOST IMPORTANTLY, when I went to watch my sons games, there were “technical difficulties” and I wasn’t even able to watch the games that I specifically subscribed to watch. There was no recording either. What’s the point of offering a service you can’t provide??? Robbing from people left and right and customer service doesn’t care.

We signed up for the basic subscription to watch one of my son’s games. It was $23 and when we went to watch the camera was down. Come to find out it had been down for around 10 days. Since we literally signed out to watch one game, I requested a refund. Was met with Willingness to cancel my recurring subscription, but not refund the month we had paid for. We had planned on using this app for future leagues and games to watch the games that we will miss because they are too late in the night. I replied and reiterated that we purchased the subscription to watch one game. Asked for a refund again. Was met with “our policy is to not refund.” And it’s listed on our app/website. If you subscribe make sure the camera you need to access is up and running. Also, don’t expect a refund of something goes wrong. Once you pay you are committed for that month. Great way to keep the funds from short term subscribers that might request a refund after watching a game, but unfortunately might upset the people who are honestly having difficulties and could potentially be long-term subscribers.

Live tagging was a great feature to introduce… until it broke a couple months ago and hasn’t been fixed. The initial support response in late October was that they were aware of the issue and working on it. At that time it would only send you links to your first couple tags. Now it’s worse. You get none of your tags emailed to you and get a useless email with subject of “{{firstName}} {{lastName}} shared Highlights with you” and that’s it. A subsequent support request yielded an answer of “our development team pushed a fix to the iOS app last weekend” but the latest available app version in the App Store is 3 weeks old. Don’t bother trying to respond to these incorrect replies from support because they won’t follow up on subsequent comments or questions.
