Regency Theatres

I’ve been struggling paying for tickets for my whole family because it keeps saying my card address is mismatched. I’ve tried multiple different cards as well and the same thing is stated. There is clearly an issue here on the app’s part. Regency always has the worst app out of all the movie theater apps.

App didn’t let me log into my account. Keeps saying error. I know I’m not inputting my information wrong because I was able to log in through the website. I bought tickets & didn’t receive an email confirmation. Only reason why I downloaded the app was b/c I think there website was crashing and not letting me purchase tickets
