I love what this app does to the ticket option. There is no way you can get confused buying your ticket and reserving your seat through this app however… I do believe that is missing more extension once the movie is bought.
I do believe that this app should extend to the kitchen and if one is supposed to buy a ticket, this app should let you also order your favorite dishes while in the movies and it should let you put the time you want to receive it and how you want it. I feel like including the dinning experience within the app is the best complement and ultimately what the app is truly missing. Once the restaurant of the movie theater is connected with the movie one is watching the experience will be truly luxurious and it’ll help people join into the programs rewards and ultimately enjoy their movies in their local Cinepolis. Nonetheless, this app is great to know what’s around and get tickets. But nothing more.

Can’t even login anymore it just says error. I’ve spent over two months trying to get into my account with it saying that I had no account matching my email. I have sent email after email Facebook message and Instagram message. The only place they answered was Instagram. I got one follow up email with a password reset link and it didn’t work. They then close my case with no word. I kept emailing back saying why did they close the case when I had said the email link did not work. They then said that they sent me an email today. When I said I didn’t get it. The person answered back that they sent it to a different email and phone number. I said obviously you have my correct email because you emailed me the original email. But now you have me completely mixed up with someone else. They gave me their information which is a safety issue. Finally got it to work and I told them that their app does not work. They said it should work but they’re having some issues switching over to some different system. And that I can’t be logged into the website at the same time. Which I am not. I am on the Apple development team. And I am an IT tech. This app just does not work anymore at all and their customer service is clueless.

App works fine - but I have two issues I hope to see resolved: 1. Please figure out a way to allow people to store a CC in their profile or accept Apple Pay! It’s annoying to have to go searching for my CC every single time to input all my details. For the 2.20 “service fee” we get charged every time we buy a ticket - I don’t think that’s too much to ask. Every other theater app has that feature.
I feel like there are a lot of times when I go to buy a ticket and the theater shows almost full so I have to grab a less than desirable seat. Then when I show up, the theater is almost empty and much better seats are available (and it’s not just late people who have not shown up. I can see this when I leave to use the restroom mid-movie). Is this an app glitch?
