We visited the Pinkberry located at the Stanford Shopping Center. The lady operating the cash register was very impatient and rude. She might have been the manager (she was wearing a white cap). She was not the employee helping us with the orders. The lady putting our order together was very nice to my young son. I was taking a few minutes to register for the Loyalty program and she gave the impression of being in a rush to have us pay for the order. We had only gotten half our order filled when she kept asking for us to enter our phone number to sign into the loyalty program. There were no other customers in the store at the time. Hopefully she was dealing with something else at the time and this is not the standard experience to be expected at this location.
As someone who moved from somewhere loaded with pinkberries to somewhere with none, everytime I get the chance I go. Pinkberry has saved me and I tell all of my friends and family how it is the best place ever. I love it so much to the point where words can't describe. Pinkberry, if you are seeing this I love you. 💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕(I ask for it everyday and if you guys ever ever shut down which won't happen my life will be over as you know it)
I haven’t used the new app that much, but I just got my birthday reward added in and so that’s great. I really just wanted to rave about the product itself though- pinkberry is literally my favorite frozen yogurt. It actually tastes like frozen yogurt, not like ice cream. At least if you get the fruit flavors which I always get haha! And the almond roca is such a great topping. I haven’t seen it everywhere, but everywhere in Texas I have seen it so far so that’s amazing.
