The app is great at accepting my order just horrible at getting the order to the store. Not sure if it’s an app issue or the local store operations issue. Ordered on three occasions via the app and first time order was ready when I got there. 2nd time got there and store closed hours early no one was inside. I had to get issued a refund via my cc since store did not respond to me. Third time I showed up at estimated ready time and the employee had no records of it and couldn’t pull up the order. Kind of defeats the purpose of order ahead. All three times app accepted my payment and order was accepted by the app.

Ever since they entered the New York market, they have been on my list of places to dine. They have quick turnaround when ordering online or in store. Order via the app to speed up the process by 5 minutes guarantees based on my 100+ orders.

I’ve been ordering Oakberry for a while now and the app makes it so much easier. It’s fast, easy to customize my bowl, and I like that I can earn points every time I order. The new design is AMAZING! Super helpful to skip the line when i’m in a rush.
