This app is always so useful for when i’m buying yogurt, since i know my purchases will be a lot, i always make sure to tell them my number so i get a 5 dollar discount off the next time i go, usually it adds up to 7 dollars when normally buying, so whenever im buying the froyo the next time i get to end up paying 2-3 dollars, i find that easy money saving 🥹

On Monday, June 23rd, I visited Yogurtland at Alameda Landing. After selecting my frozen yogurt and paying, the employee handed me a spoon. A few bites in, I noticed multiple hairs on the back of the spoon — which was extremely off-putting. I returned to the store and explained the situation to the employee, who then called over a manager. Unfortunately, the manager told me there was nothing they could do since I had already taken a bite. I found this response very unreasonable. How was I supposed to know the spoon was contaminated without using it first? Do they really expect customers to inspect their utensils before eating? This experience was disappointing and left me concerned about the store’s hygiene practices and customer service.

Dear Yogurtland Team, I wanted to share my recent experience with the Yogurtland iPhone app. Unfortunately, your app is terrible. It won’t let me log in nor is responsive to facial recognition. I have no issues logging in through your website. I have encountered several issues that have made my user experience less than satisfactory. Additionally, the app seems to be quite slow and unresponsive, making it frustrating to navigate and place orders efficiently. Furthermore, the app occasionally crashes, leading to further inconvenience. I believe that improving the app's performance and addressing these technical issues would greatly enhance the overall user experience. As a loyal Yogurtland customer, I value the convenience of the app, and I believe that with some enhancements, it can reach its full potential. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to seeing improvements in future app updates.
