App doesn’t work. It doesn’t recognize your password sometimes. Customer service is terrible. The link the website and mobile app send you to reset password say the link is expired as soon as you get it. This app and company is a waste of time.

Spent so much time with support getting back access after being locked out, then needing to re-verify my credentials literally a week and a half after signing up. Why?? Their support is awful as well. Don't even bother downloading this garbage app, trust me

It does not recognize your password. My password manager stores my PW. I can log in on the web, but the same PW on the app does not work. Tried new PW, same thing. Never could get this app to work, and Sermo does NOTHING to fix it. Worthless.
