LBS Health Spending App

The app is a horrible web view of their website. It doesn’t login in most of the time. It doesn’t remember settings. Like their website it doesn’t provide useful feedback about why claims were rejected. Stay away from this company (if you can)!

Not sure what happened to this app but it used to work fine for several years but now it never opens. I try almost everyday and it just sits on the loading page. Kind of defeats the purpose of having an app that you can submit reimbursements on if it does not work and I have to use my home computer. I hope you get this fixed soon. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

The app worked great for the first few months of using it but now for the past few weeks, it won’t load at all. I log in and it is stuck loading, doesn’t even pull anything up, then because it is trying to load and log in for so long, it times itself out. I am unable to see my claims, submit new receipts for reimbursement, I cannot see anything!! I have tried logging in using just my cellular data, my WiFi, my works WiFi, and WiFi at family members homes. It never works. I tried clicking the link for app support … shocker the website won’t even load. Says the link does not exist. Good job LBS.
