My CDPHP®

I am a former Assistant Comptroller for NYS. INTERNET security was one aspect of my work. I know a little bit about technology including interface design and security. I find the CDPHP APP interface less than user friendly. I do not find it easy to locate the details of my plan and its components. In particular I could not find anything about hearing care/hearing aids. What am I missing. I would like a new pair of hearing aids and would like access to an updated provider list. Can not pay bill from app

When you first log in you can’t see what your typing. Once logged in some of the stuff once again can’t be seen that you could click on.
