Univera Healthcare

HORRIBLE! I have charges on my bank statement paid to Univera (my insurance) AND Excellus BCBS (an insurance I’ve never joined). Trying to straighten it out through NY Medicare as I can’t get a live person at Univera that has any clue, or power to help! The app also says ‘payment history’ but doesn’t show it - had to have my bank print statement. Horrible!

The app glitches a lot by randomly closing, I can rarely login. On the rare occasion I can login to the app it takes over a minute to actually let me login and then I have only a few clicks before it randomly closes out the app and I have to attempt to log back in. Besides the fact that I am a member that cannot access their account through the app I work for and handle welfare for a large company in WNY that uses univera for their active members. I now understand their frustration with the app and will also be reporting this to my boss and board of trustees.

App works much better can see claims perfectly!!!!
