Mybuick app used to be amazing. But ever since this UI update, I've have nothing but problems. It's very annoying to have to hold the button icon down so long in order to send a signal. It's weird. I didn't have to before. The thing that I hate.... Absolutely hate!... It's the UI screen lock and unlock buttons. They tend to be faded out. I can't lock or unlock my vehicle. Today my hands were full and couldn't get to my key fob. I figured I'd lock it with the app when I get inside. As of right now... The unlock is faded. Can't touch it. The lock button is bright but it says locked. But my door is unlocked. There is no way to lock it. I push it and nothing happens. At either time one or the other will be faded and unable to be pressed. This is common. I'll have to go to my car in order to lock the door. Major inconvenience because I'm in an apartment. It's a long walk to my car and I'm undressed. I pay a monthly full for this app I'm furious. But this has happened ever since the user interface update. It looks good but doesn't work good. I keep having to delete and reinstall the app just for it to happen again!

I give it 5 stars because of all the apps that are out there, this is the best that I know of!!! My friends with their BMWs, Mercedes, etc. have nothing compare to this app and they are envious as I’m warming up my car using the app while out to dinner. I love it even though sluggish (slow) at times but it does the job!!! Can it be better, ABSOLUTELY, but no other make of car has anything over GM so I give you your praises especially because you made the app available on my Apple Watch so the days I’m walking to my car and can’t quite get to my phone I just open up the app on my Apple Watch and presto my car is started and yes sometimes it takes a minute and yes sometime you have to redo it because it didn’t take the 1st time, but I have the ability to start my car, open or lock my car doors from my wrist!!! You can’t ask for anything better today!!! I encourage GM to work out the bugs but great so far!!! You have my vote!!! I love my Buick, the app and my car!!! 😆😘😆

I used to love this app. Particularly being able to send address to my GPS so it is all ready to go when I get in my car. Until about 6 months ago had no problem with app. Recently I have had it malfunction on numerous occasions, had to delete app and reload 3x to get it to work (on 3 separate occasions), I go to use app and it won’t open. What is going on? Don’t fix what is not broken! This app worked great a few updates ago. It has now become unreliable. Received response from Buick. However, they buried. y bad review so had to look through all the bad reviews to find it. Then they ask me to send more info to a given address. I already gave you all the info in my review…..WHY do I have to repeat it. Same response I got to a previous problem. Send us more info to this address when already told yoy the $100 update I bought from you. ade my GPS worse and is not an update be ause it doesn’t even have roads that were put in two years ago. So I feel conned on that purchase. So now my app doesn’t work for GPS AND car GPSwas screwed up by your $100 GPS update I was dumb enough to buy. Really a shame because I really love my loaded Envision and had planned to buy another one. However, now I amhaving second thoughts now due toa corporation who can not back up their cars and plan to look around at other cars
