The new salon is awesome & the Wellness Spa is top notch! What a great relaxing getaway they have created, as well as very beneficial to the body. The staff complete this experience, as they are all very friendly, knowledgeable and super helpful in every way. I really appreciate the online features.

I’m trying to cancel my membership and it does not even give me the option to change or cancel anywhere. I’m super frustrated. Lost $60 from my account bc the monthly payment went through earlier than I was expecting, and now I’ve been waiting for 30+ minutes for customer service to call me back about a refund because it went through a day late. I’m super upset by this whole experience.

Every tab on this app shows the exact same thing. They could have gotten away with 1 tab & the home screen. All tabs show the specials. Your favorite salon should show up on the Home Screen (if you’ve chosen one. The deals tab is fine. One should show your favorite salon location, phone number & hours. I couldn’t find phone number or hours anywhere on the app. It also needs to show the cost per treatment without a membership.
The past treatments is fine.
