This is one of the worst unimaginative apps I’ve ever used! I am a senior citizen but for my age category, I am pretty tech savvy. I say the app isn’t very intuitive. In other words, one has to go about a lot of clicking and shifting from page to page, in order to locate anything. For instance, it was suggested in the app description that there is a tool available to find eligible retailers in one’s area. There should have been a link to it right there but there wasn’t any direction as to where to locate this tool so one must search for it within the app. I finally found it by clicking the first page the app opens to with the balance available in the account. I clicked the arrow and it took me to a page where the different tools were available. Finally! I first looked in the menu but nothing about it there. That’s where it could and should be added. (i.e., a link to the tools) Basically, the developers need to redo this app. Many senior citizens who aren’t really tech savvy like I am, are probably totally frustrated with the app and gave up using it. I don’t give up that easily! It would help, though, if more thought was put into the app’s design. Thank you for your time spent reading my review…
Don’t listen to those who give this app a negative review. Unfortunately there are now a lot of negative people creating dangerous competitor apps that swarm around safe apps and give them negative reviews. They then bully people like me who speak the truth. Our states have a lot of this going on and a lot of fraud going on in the medical and insurance industries. Stick with who gives you the best treatment and what they recommend, and always speak up and speak the truth. You will sometimes find out the worst rated apps are just given a bad rap due to bullies. This one is apparently included in the attempted bullying to death category. Whatever the case, fight for truth in advertising for app developers and internet service providers! Did you know that no matter what internet you buy, it’s still Google internet and that Google still has access to you via Apple’s Cloud Services? That monopoly must end! And, you certainly can buy a good rating on Google or Apple these days even if it’s not directly through Google or Apple.
First thing I notice, a few 5 star ratings? Yet no reviews under 5 stars. So you can figure these developers families must have given the 5 star no review. Find a location does not work, so you can’t find eligible stores. Product scanner does not work, so good luck when you shop. But on the bright side you can hit shop online, pay like 5.00 for a can of green beans. And the products eligible list is so tiny you need and a magnifying glass to read it. So stick to your financial app you have. Give the money, you probably charge insurance companies to have this app, back their money and stick to a financial app. If this ever improves I might it a favorable rating, but won’t hold my breath. I always see bad apps once in awhile, but this one is a joke.
