I tried on 4 separate occasions to buy coins through the app. The 4 payments were processed but the coins were never added to my account. Tried to get a refund through apple but the request was denied and there is no customer service to contact to get this straightened out.

I read online that this was the most fair online backgammon game out there - created by a master. I started a game and at the end I got a tutorial of what my mistakes were and it was awesome! But by the 5th game - as a beginner I was completely trounced and doubled by an intermediate level player. I chose beginner! I don’t know how this is allowed because quite honestly it’s predatory. I considered buying coins but for what? So an advanced player chooses all “beginner” games with our starting coins and wipes us all out?
Not fair - deleting. Don’t bother - same old same old.

Gameplay and analysis are great. However, it’s infuriating how often sore loser opponents abandon games instead of resigning. You then have to wait until the clock ticks down and the game times out. Because of this, I don’t play any of the casual mode games because you could sit around for ages waiting for a game to time out.
Users need a way to report abandoned games, or when a match is 100% likely to be won, have it occur automatically. Would make a huge difference!
