so I decided to give this app a try since it wasn’t a big day like MGM or DraftKings. So I have deposited over $5000 on the app. A customer support person told me that after $5000 in deposited. A bonus program they could look into for me. Well out of this $5000 I’ve deposited I have been able to withdraw a net of 0. Yes, after $5000 worth of play. I haven’t even got $100. I used to play on fanatics and one time when this happened to me without question the VIP department awarded me $500 dollars in bonus play without me even asking. But this place I hit $5000. I reached out to Support and they told me that I was not eligible but if I deposited more and played more, they could review it again tomorrow. So it seems like there is really no VIP program here and they just keep telling you to deposit and they will check more. More and more money off of you. If you go to any of these big other name casinos, they offered deposit matches sometimes on any amount. They offer VIP programs. So if you’re gonna spend 5000, don’t do it here. Because if I did that at MGM, I would’ve got $1000 in bonus play. Here., they didn’t offer anything and said that there bonus coins were what they offer. But their bonus coins are actually what these other casinos give you for free. Or just has it added a benefit on top of added comps for VIPs. If you’re a VIP spend your money at a casino who actually values your business I literally wagered over $100,000 and deposited $5000 and they haven’t done anything for me.

I’ve given the app about two weeks of testing and it statistically shows that, in multiple games, the odds heavily lean towards the house substantially more than any other casino, physical or digital, in Pennsylvania. On top of that, the application itself just feels like a hastily put together mess and offers horrible performance in comparison to its competitors.

Of all the casinos I’ve played at, this is the only one that won’t let you submit more than 4 withdrawal requests in a 24 hour period. Casinos that require a wait period between a certain number of withdrawals still allow you to submit the request and remove those funds from your “playable” balance. This casino does not, and it’s in very poor taste. It seems predatory, and a way to intentionally drive people to just continue playing. I hope they change their withdrawal process to reflect more current technology and stop using “security” as the excuse for having such a poor system.
