I became a member on August 9, 2024 and I have a feeling this is going to be a bad regrettable experience. First the Open app to unlock the door doesn’t have my email address. So I can’t get in at night. Now, I wanna know where is the support to add my membership to my Apple wallet. This app claims that it supported it, where is it??

I already have a membership but they did not tell me about the app, and it wasn’t relevant before as I always went during normal hours. I have changed my work out schedule and want to go in the early morning, so I downloaded the app. Did you know there’s no way to link your membership to the app, because it just goes to a blank screen that says parameter error when you click on membership plans? App was made by children.

Fined for walking in with my wife (both members), took 7 days to get the door access key, no one works before 10AM. You have to fill out 378483 pieces of paperwork, download 3 apps and none of the work well. DO NOT JOIN
